Terminology

For the purposes of this Agreement (the “Agreement”), the Platform is referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as “you,” “your,” or “User.” Collectively, “we” and “you” are the “Parties,” and individually, each is a “Party.”

Processing and Retention Periods for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by law or for the period agreed when we collected it from you.

Cooperation with law enforcement authorities during investigations.

In general, we retain your personal data for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if it is deactivated due to misuse. This period allows time for any reviews by financial institutions or investigations by authorities. If no such reviews or investigations occur, we will permanently delete your data after this period.

If there is an ongoing investigation into a legal violation, we will retain your information until the investigation is concluded.

If any outstanding debt or credit arises from your use of our services, we will retain your information until the balance is settled.

This Agreement applies to all Users who trade on the Zryw Evolux Global website and its mobile app (the 'Platform'). Users must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing personal information and data protection in their respective country or region.

Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations refers to the most current amended version, whether the amendment occurred before or after the Agreement was signed.

The headings in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms and conditions. Any reference to statements, terms, conditions, annexes, or schedules refers solely to those within this Agreement.

In this Agreement, the term 'include' means 'including but not limited to,' unless stated otherwise.

Information Collected

Users acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to monitor their activity while using the Platform and collect various information, including but not limited to IP addresses, geolocation data, and other relevant details. For example, we may use video recordings (including audio) to verify the identities of P2P merchants and to serve as evidence in P2P order disputes. Additionally, facial video data (including audio) may be used for Zryw Evolux identity verification on third-party platforms..

Limitation of Liability

Although the Platform uses technical and security safeguards to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted online is 100% secure. Accordingly, we do not warrant the security of the personal information you share and are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data.

Amendments to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we revise the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the updates, including the new effective date and a summary of the changes. In some cases, we may also send you a direct notice. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
